Does TLC charge tuition?

No! TLC is FREE; however, we ask for a suggested donation of $100/student/year if possible to help us cover the cost of supplies and to gift our incredible tutors at the end of the year. TLC tutors work on a volunteer basis and out of love.

TLC uses a curriculum with a Christian worldview. May I enroll if I do not share the same beliefs?

Yes! Though our curriculum does have a Christian worldview and we do pray before class, we invite and welcome anyone from any faith (or none)! We have been blessed to enroll families with a diversity of religious backgrounds.

TLC's curriculum uses a classical approach to education. Will my public school student be able to adjust?

Yes! A majority of our students and parents come from the public school system. There will obviously be a learning curve and adjustment period, but our tutors are understanding, supportive, and generous with their time as they provide additional assistance and varied workloads when needed.
